Job description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, and hiring top-performing insurance agents / financial consultants to join our client's agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent recruitment skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Source and attract top talent in the insurance industry
  2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  3. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and experience
  4. Verify licenses, certifications, and background checks
  5. Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages
  6. Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition
  7. Build relationships with insurance agencies, companies, and industry associations
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and talent needs
Requirements:
  1. At least one year of experience in recruitment in the insurance industry
  2. Strong knowledge of insurance products and sales processes
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  5. Bachelor's degree in a related field (Preferred)
Nice to Have:
  1. Professional certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., CPR, PHR)
