Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Prospecting: Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities, focusing on acquiring new customers while strengthening relationships with existing ones.

  • Customer Growth: Drive sales within current customer accounts by identifying additional needs and providing customized solutions.

  • Market Analysis: Collect and analyze market data, including competitor activity and industry trends, to guide sales strategies and maximize business opportunities.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company's overall revenue goals.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams across product management, engineering, and customer service to ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Promptly address customer inquiries and resolve any issues.

  • Sales Operations: Manage daily sales activities, including following up on quotations and sample submissions, as well as engaging in price negotiations.

  • Market Insights Contribution: Actively participate in monthly sales meetings, providing management with valuable market insights and trends.

  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on other tasks as assigned by the company, adapting to evolving business needs.

Requirement
