THE ROLE

The role involves supporting the Senior Reporting Manager to ensure tax compliance for the Singapore entity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
2. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Prepare reports for management to support strategic decision-making.

1. Tax Compliance and Audit:
2. Ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations, including GST, withholding tax, and corporate income tax.
3. Manage timely tax reporting submissions.
4. Coordinate with internal and external auditors on audit requirements.
5. Collaborate with the Group Tax team to identify tax savings and prevent tax leakage.

1. Financial Planning and Budgeting:
2. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
3. Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to optimize working capital.

1. Process Improvement:
2. Identify opportunities to enhance existing financial processes and systems.
3. Support the implementation of new financial technologies and solutions.

1. Others:
2. Gather information for annual insurance renewal.
3. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, taxation management, or related areas is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of financial statements and Singapore taxation.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, numeracy, and analytical abilities.
