The Talent Acquisition Expert is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role requires deep expertise in recruitment strategies and processes, utilizing a range of sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition Expert collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and supports the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions across the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions that align with the organization’s needs.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Cultivate relationships with potential candidates and maintain a network of talent for future hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, promoting innovative approaches to recruitment.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Deliver team recruitment data analysis and conduct regular recruitment summaries and reports.
- Assist in recruitment budget planning and control to achieve cost-effective targets.
- Proactively take a leading role in projects to support recruitment effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to promote our company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create engaging content for social media, career pages, and other channels.
- Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- About 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of recruiting for a range of positions, including senior roles, preferably with branding expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in employer branding, social media marketing, and candidate engagement.
- Good skills in data analysis and presentation.
- Rich experience in projects related to new sourcing channels.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
