Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage project-specific QAQC plans, inspection procedures, and checklists.
• Ensure construction activities comply with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark requirements.
• Lead quality inspections, audits, and assessments across all trades.
• Monitor site activities to ensure proper execution of works and adherence to specifications.
• Review and approve material and method statements in accordance with project standards.
• Train and guide site teams on quality standards and best practices.
• Prepare site for CONQUAS and QM assessments, including mock-up reviews and scoring strategy.
• In charge of material testing, mock-ups, PMU and VMU for the faade.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in QAQC roles within the construction industry.
• Minimum of one project experience in a QAQC managerial role.
• Proven track record in handling BCA CONQUAS and QM assessments.
• Familiar with construction methods, standards, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
• Familiar with digital QAQC systems (e.g. Novade) and inspection workflows.
