Job description

Job Description
  • Fabrication of 2D materials based memristors using mask aligner, electron beam evaporator and shadow masks

  • Characterization of 2D materials based memristors using a semi-automatic probe station, semiconductor parameter analyser.

  • Characterization at the materials level using SEM, TEM, FIB, XPS, and Raman Spectroscopy.

  • Programming in Matlab, SPICE and Python at expert level.

Qualifications
  • PhD in materials science and engineering or electrical engineering or computer science

  • Proficiency in using all the above mentioned machines and software.

  • Publications in reputed journals

  • Fluent in English
