About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft 365 (M365) Consultant to lead and drive large-scale M365 deployments and migrations for enterprise-level, multi-site organizations. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in designing, configuring, and managing complex M365 environments, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Large-Scale M365 Migrations: Design, plan, and execute seamless migrations to M365, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

• Solution Design & Architecture: Develop detailed M365 architecture and solution designs tailored to meet business needs, scalability requirements, and security protocols.

• Project Leadership: Act as the technical lead for M365 migration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.

• Configuration & Implementation: Perform hands-on configuration, deployment, and administration of M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and more.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide in-depth technical support and issue resolution during and post-migration, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders to define migration strategies, develop roadmaps, and communicate project progress.

• Security & Compliance: Implement security, governance, and compliance policies across the M365 environment to safeguard organizational data.

Qualifications:
