About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft 365 (M365) Consultant to lead and drive large-scale M365 deployments and migrations for enterprise-level, multi-site organizations. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in designing, configuring, and managing complex M365 environments, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Large-Scale M365 Migrations: Design, plan, and execute seamless migrations to M365, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
Solution Design & Architecture: Develop detailed M365 architecture and solution designs tailored to meet business needs, scalability requirements, and security protocols.
Project Leadership: Act as the technical lead for M365 migration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Configuration & Implementation: Perform hands-on configuration, deployment, and administration of M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and more.
Technical Troubleshooting: Provide in-depth technical support and issue resolution during and post-migration, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders to define migration strategies, develop roadmaps, and communicate project progress.
Security & Compliance: Implement security, governance, and compliance policies across the M365 environment to safeguard organizational data.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years specializing in Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions.
Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and migrating to M365 for large, multi-site organizations.
Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading large-scale M365 migrations and deployments, with a solid understanding of best practices.
Certifications: Relevant M365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
