A day in the life of...
  • Support category & channel strategies for the commercial team, with responsibilities in developing and implementing category strategies within channels, with a horizon of 12-36 months.
  • Assist marketing in developing category strategies with a 12-36 month outlook.
  • Develop point of purchase strategies and standards for each channel category, incorporating POP Drivers.
  • Manage shopper ownership through route to market strategies.
  • Ensure compliance and support all quality-related activities as per NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance and support all OHS-related activities as outlined in the OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1.
What will make you successful...
  • Strong category product knowledge within the FMCG industry.
  • 3+ years of commercial experience, demonstrated through channel or distributor management roles.
  • Business experience in trade marketing, marketing, sales, or other commercial functions, preferably with Trade Marketing/CCSD experience.
  • Proven skills in business planning and implementation (Project Management).
  • Financial awareness, including P&L statements and supply chain reports.
