Monthly Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly group management reports.
• Review and support Group entities closing.
• Site and group audit schedules.

Annual / Quarterly Responsibilities

• Prepare board of director’s deck, presentation slides.
• Lead group audit at group level and coordination with site level audits.
• Support group finance budget cycle.
• Site and group audit schedules.

Governance

• Coordinator for Group Authorisation Matrix.
• Coordinator for Company Policies – Policy development, improvements/amendments.
• Approach and liaise with external agents and government agencies.
• Owner for Corporate Finance dataroom and ensure data integrity.
• Manage the group's legal structure and keep detailed record of historical transactions along with their related accounting entries.
• Support ad hoc request from shareholders and HODs.

Educational Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications.

Key Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 - 5 years of progressive finance experience in financial controlling and preferably in FP&A.
• Prior experience as an external auditor is mandatory.
