Corporate Sales:
- Manage existing corporate accounts and establish relationships to acquire new clients, increasing market penetration.
- Develop new business channels aligned with brand positioning through partnerships with other companies/business channels (e.g., hotels, corporations, retailers).
- Process sales orders, calculate costs to maintain company margins, and manage stock levels in Singapore.
- Handle daily paperwork and related documentation, liaising with Finance, Warehousing, and third-party couriers.
- Manage and submit quotations and organize proposals independently for customers.
- Coordinate Corporate Gelato Kart Service and chocolate events with corporate clients.
- Liaise with Shopping Mall’s Marketing team and merchants for sales opportunities, seasonal gifting pitches, and cross-promotions.
- Oversee client credit collection and the invoicing process.
- Respond to inquiries via corporate communication channels (website and social media).
Wholesale Sales:
- Collaborate with existing wholesalers/distributors and support growth to meet sales targets.
- Negotiate sales deals and ensure implementation of sales strategies.
- Provide timely commercial proposals and proactively seek new clients aligned with company positioning.
- Build and maintain effective account relationships.
- Monitor clients’ credit status in coordination with the Finance team.
- Conduct market research on assortment, pricing, and merchandising strategies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be proactive and creative, capable of pursuing new ideas to meet sales targets.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in Wholesale or Corporate sales (experience in Retail or F&B is preferred).
