An established industry player is seeking a dedicated IT Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of internal systems for banking clients. This role involves managing on-premises servers, ensuring high availability and security, and providing advanced technical support. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of internal systems and on-premises servers deployed for banking clients.
Prepare and maintain system operation manuals and technical documentation.
Perform routine IT operational tasks such as access log reporting, patch management, and system health monitoring.
Liaise with vendors for software license renewals, hardware maintenance, and contract management.
Provide advanced technical support and resolution for user inquiries, including Tier 3-level troubleshooting.
Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team and across departments.
Implement and maintain server environments (Windows and VMware), ensuring high availability and security.
Participate in IT audits and compliance checks by providing relevant operational data and reports.
Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.
Manage basic cloud infrastructure and coordinate between on-premise and hybrid environments.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.
