Job description:

Key Responsibilities

You play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all our passengers. Your main responsibilities include check-in, greeting passengers upon arrival, and ensuring a smooth departure process. You may also assist passengers with special needs or provide customer service in exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport. Additionally, you are responsible for buffet table presentations, meet/greet services at the reception area, and basic computerized transactions.

Key Requirements

• 4 GCE ‘N' level credits / 3 GCE ‘O' level credits / NITEC or equivalent, including a pass in English
• Pleasant personality with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
• Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Proficient in English and at least one other language for effective communication with international passengers
