You play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all our passengers. Your main responsibilities include check-in, greeting passengers upon arrival, and ensuring a smooth departure process. You may also assist passengers with special needs or provide customer service in exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport. Additionally, you are responsible for buffet table presentations, meet/greet services at the reception area, and basic computerized transactions.
