Work you'll do:

This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.

As part of Customer Strategy & Design (CS&D), you will work with our team to help clients with their Brand Experiences, Products and Services, Innovation Strategies, Digital Venturing and Customer Experiences, bridging Business and Customer strategies by design.

We help clients connect People, Product, Purpose and Profit through strategy, design and technology.

You will:
  • Lead strategy & insights projects by analyzing category, client, and customer data, and synthesizing findings for client recommendations.
  • Effectively visualize and communicate recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with client digital and marketing leaders to provide strategic advice on business futures.
  • Lead qualitative, quantitative, and secondary research efforts.
  • Develop and implement segment marketing strategies and programs across countries.
  • Align closely with sales, business, and product teams to develop market expansion initiatives, providing insights for growth and advising on go-to-market strategies.
  • Define business plans aligned with regional growth strategies, communicate across teams, and monitor success.
  • Identify key market opportunities, lead content creation, and deliver marketing programs to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist clients in identifying KPIs, highlighting areas for improvement, and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Lead and coach junior team members to develop their skills and project contributions.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, integrating product strategy, design, and technology.
  • Drive sales efforts to meet revenue targets, focusing on pipeline development and closure.
  • Develop cross-sector go-to-market strategies aligned with service offerings.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in business, strategy, or design.
  • Strong background in selling and delivering innovation, strategy, and design projects, preferably within specific industry verticals.
  • Ability to build industry and partner networks to drive growth, with a proven sales record.
  • Experience creating boardroom strategies in enterprise or consulting settings.
  • Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions, including requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, and training.
  • Experience selling professional services.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external leaders to enhance user experiences.
  • Proactive in finding optimal solutions for business and customer needs.
  • Results-oriented with drive, tenacity, and client focus.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
