Key Responsibilities:
Support the OtC Manager across the full spectrum of AR and customer master data processes.
Supervise team leads and ensure policy compliance across billing, collections, and OtC functions.
Plan workloads, allocate resources, and drive your team toward key financial and operational KPIs.
Tackle exceptions in billing and unapplied cash head-on — resolve discrepancies swiftly and efficiently.
Contribute to the month-end closing and cashflow forecasting processes.
Liaise with auditors and prepare documentation for the annual audit.
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to boost staff productivity.
Champion process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and optimize systems.
Serve as a mentor and coach, developing talent and fostering a high-performing team culture.
Be the go-to person for escalations and ensure resolution with professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable or related functions, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving process improvements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar accounting software.
A proactive mindset — someone who’s outcome-driven, takes ownership, and never shies away from a challenge.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills — you thrive on lifting others up and building cohesive teams.
A positive, open-minded attitude and a constant desire to learn and improve.
