Job Title: Accounts HR Admin Assistant
Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
Employment Type: Full Time (Mon to Fri, office hours)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts HR Admin Assistant to support our finance and human resources teams. Our company specializes in producing high-quality European cuisine and importing fresh ingredients directly from Europe. This role involves administrative, clerical, and basic accounting duties, including payroll support, employee records management, recruitment assistance, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily financial tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking
  • Support monthly payroll and maintain accurate records of staff attendance and leave
  • Manage and update employee records in compliance with HR policies and local regulations
  • Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding processes, and managing HR documentation
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Provide general administrative support to the Accounts and HR departments as required
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative, HR, or accounting support role
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest or background in the F&B industry is a plus
