Job description

Our client is a theme park operator and we're expanding our crew to meet operational demands. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fun-filled environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to visitors of all ages.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure operational excellence by delivering exceptional Guest Experience.
  2. Keep safety as the priority focus while hosting/engaging our guests in a variety of activities, programs, and/or learning journeys.
  3. Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in resolving guest situations via face-to-face, mobile, or other digital communication channels.
  4. Review, propose and execute ideas to improve on park-related and guest experience matters.
  5. Assist team leaders on staff training and team development.
  6. Be responsible for the operations of specific attractions or rides.
  7. Complete housekeeping assignments including, but not limited to, general cleanliness of crew and guest areas, safety checks on all equipment and facilities per the SOP, and upkeeping of the overall play park ambience.
  8. All other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
  1. Flexible to work on shift patterns (weekends and public holidays inclusive).
  2. Pleasant, courteous, and outgoing personality.
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. Candidate with mascot duties experience is at an advantage.
  5. Able to multitask, meticulous, and a problem solver.
  6. Good command of written and spoken English.
  7. Proficient in other languages will be an added advantage.
  8. Prior experience in Retail/Attractions and/or working with children and/or have a background in Performing Arts.
