Responsibilities

• Maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
• Track and analyse the performance of tenants.
• Engage tenants on performance discussion and opportunities for expansion.
• Conduct regular meetings with tenants to understand their business needs and directions.
• Liaise with tenants on operational feedback and leasing matters.
• Support lease management and administration.
• Ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms.
• Analyse tenants’ sales data for reporting.
• Assist with yearly budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma and/ or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in lease management.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
