Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Public Relations Communications & CRM Executive to join our marketing team, focused on supporting new brand launches and building customer engagement across our growing brand portfolio.
This role requires a detail-oriented communicator with 1-2 years of experience in Public Relations, CRM, or marketing communications within the fashion or retail sector. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled at content creation, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about brand storytelling and customer engagement.
You will play a key role in executing Public Relations strategies, managing customer communications, supporting loyalty initiatives, and building strong media and partner relationships to maximize brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management and Customer Engagement
- Execute CRM strategies, including personalized marketing campaigns, loyalty program communications, and customer database management.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and optimization for targeted engagement.
- Analyze customer interactions, purchase behavior, and feedback to inform future campaign strategies and improve retention.
- Track CRM campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance engagement and loyalty initiatives.
2. Public and Media Relations
- Draft, localize, and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand announcements to maximize coverage and brand visibility.
- Liaise with media, influencers, and business partners to support product launches, collaborations, and events where needed.
- Monitor media coverage and Public Relations campaign effectiveness, preparing regular reporting and insights for the marketing team.
3. Event and Activation Support
- Support planning and execution of marketing events, community activations, and co-branded initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and execution of activations.
- Assist in post-event analysis and reporting.
4. Content Development and Channel Management
- Develop engaging written content for customer communications, Public Relations initiatives, and partner updates.
- Maintain and update relevant communication channels, including CRM systems and select social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
5. Administrative and Ad-Hoc Support
- Support marketing and communications projects as assigned by the Head of Marketing.
- Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving, campaign execution, and audience engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, Public Relations, communications, or CRM, preferably within the fashion or retail sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to craft clear, compelling content.
- Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with demonstrated problem-solving ability and initiative.
- Confident in building and managing relationships with media, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for the fashion and retail industry.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside standard office hours for events or urgent communications.
