A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across Southeast Asia. This role involves executing sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high service standards. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, particularly in hospitality, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
The Regional Sales Manager will support the Regional Sales Director in driving business growth and expanding W&W TECH’s market presence across Southeast Asia’s hospitality sector. This role focuses on executing sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, and securing new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, and hospitality providers. The ideal candidate will actively prospect and engage potential clients, present W&W TECH’s self-operated laundry services and premium linen solutions, and contribute to achieving regional revenue targets. A solid understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly in procurement and outsourcing practices, will be key to effectively promoting W&W TECH’s value proposition and addressing client needs.
Working closely with the Regional Sales Director, this role involves coordinating with internal teams—including operations, production, and logistics—to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and high service standards. The Regional Sales Manager will assist in contract negotiations, handle client inquiries, and resolve service-related issues in collaboration with operational teams. Additionally, the position requires maintaining accurate sales records, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback to management on competitive dynamics and customer preferences. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, textiles, or facility services, with a willingness to develop expertise in Southeast Asia’s market landscape.
The Regional Sales Manager must be a dynamic, customer-focused professional with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Regular travel within Southeast Asia will be required to meet clients, attend trade events, and support business development initiatives. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, this role offers a growth-oriented opportunity to contribute to W&W TECH’s regional expansion while building a robust network in the hospitality industry.
