Postgraduate Qualification in HR
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies to build a motivated, engaged, and high-performing workforce
- Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, with a matrix reporting line to the Group CHRO
- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including:
- Manpower planning and resourcing
- Talent acquisition and development
- Employee and industrial relations
- Talent management and succession planning
- Leadership development
- Organisational design and change management
- Staff retention strategies
- Rewards and performance management
- Spearhead workforce build-up, deployment, and nesting during the pre-operational phase
- Manage HR matters for hosted staff from external institutions
- Collaborate with department heads, planning committees, and key stakeholders to provide strategic HR support
- Ensure HR alignment with overall organisational goals and delivery of integrated, high-quality services
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in HR
- At least 15 years’ relevant experience, with minimum 10 years’ experience in a management position
- Prior work experience in the public healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Experience in stakeholder management at senior levels and the ability to work with all levels of staff
- Proven track record in leadership, communications and change management
