Job description

An international real estate developer and manager operating high-quality, sustainable properties across industries worldwide is seeking a Senior AP Specialist to join the Finance team at the global HQ in Singapore.

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working in a team of 10, the incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, including data entry, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and reconciliation of vendor balances. The main duties will also include supporting monthly financial closing activities by preparing journal entries, bank reconciliations, and various financial schedules, while ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions. Additionally, the position will support quarterly and annual reporting, including preparation and review of offshore statutory financial statements.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy and/or related fields or ACCA equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience within Accounts & Finance teams of large global organisations
• Working familiarity in complex business environments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of SAP S4/Oracle/Hyperion Financial System/JD Edwards
