IT Business Manager/AM (SAP)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide directions for implementation of business systems that serve the company's business strategies.
2. Oversee and manage a team of engineers and developers in the deployment and support of company's business systems.
3. Manage the team to provide level 1 and 2 support, attend to daily operations issues and requests, and provide technical advisory to resolve systems and operations issues.
4. Understand customers' needs and implement new capabilities to fulfill users' requirements.
5. Understand the existing and future operations needs.
6. Assist in planning for system upgrades and/or acquisition of new systems to support company's strategic business objectives.
7. Understand system lifecycle management and processes and ensure all system implementation, development, and support adhere to company's defined processes and industry best practices.
8. Plan and manage team members' support activities, training, and career development to fulfill their respective roles.

Requirements:

1. Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, Engineering, or related discipline.
2. Completed at least 2 IT implementation or development projects (leading the team), preferably in Supply Chain Management or Turnkey Manufacturing.
3. At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with 5 years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
