Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Handle all inbound sales enquires, develop, quote and manage event budgets, track expenses, and find smart ways to save without compromising the experience
• Share regular updates with managers about quotation progress, successes, and what's next
• Constantly look for ways to improve the event planning processes and share best practices within the team
• Stay ahead of the game by exploring the latest social media trends and event innovations
• Create post-event reports with insights and takeaways for future projects

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of event / project management experience in client facing role. No experience but keen to learn the events industry business can apply
• A natural flair for pitching and selling event ideas
• Attention to detail, well organized and able to juggle multiple quotes / events simultaneously
• Strong communicator with awesome people skills
• Team player who can work well with others
• Able to do event quotations efficiently using MS Office and Google Sheets
• A problem-solver who loves analyzing challenges and finding creative solutions
• Knowledge in using social media platforms and simple editing tools like Canva
