Production Engineer [ Die attach bonder / Semiconductor Manufacturing ]

Position title: Production Engineer

Location: Admirax St
Working Days: 5 Days A Week
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Salary: $3500 - $4000 (depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Performs machine and process setup of die attach and moulding machines.
• Able to perform machine troubleshooting.
• Performs mechanical alignment.
• Ensures that quality products are manufactured on schedule within the customer’s requirements.
• Works with cross-functional departments to resolve function, safety, quality, and productivity-related issues and improvements.

Requirements:

• Basic technical knowledge in machine setup and troubleshooting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in semi-con production.
• Preferably with 2 years of hands-on experience in machine setup and troubleshooting of die attach bonders.
• Must be willing to work in a cleanroom environment: wearing jumpsuits, safety helmets, and safety shoes (only at customer side).
• Able to travel overseas whenever needed.
