1-Year Contract via Agency

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on process reengineering and improvement
  • Integrating with other teams for reengineering of processes
  • Define impact of new proposed processes
  • Develop business operation cases
  • Lead organisational change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, including training and support
  • Responsible for managing all project documentations
  • Manage Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to optimise online presence

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills would be essential, especially with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in process optimisation, automation, and integrating analytics with modern technology solutions
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows, eliminate redundancies, and ensure accountability through clear decision-making processes
  • Ability to assess business processes and devise effective digital solutions
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as AI and enterprise software solutions
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
