An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. This role involves managing security personnel, conducting risk assessments, and responding to incidents effectively. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily security operations, including coordination with security vendors on-site deployment and activities.
Serve as the key point of contact for security audits and follow-up actions, engaging with relevant stakeholders and the Global Security Committee.
Supervise and evaluate security personnel to ensure compliance with established operational procedures and site requirements.
Manage and monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control platforms.
Carry out routine site inspections, conduct risk assessments, and perform security audits to detect weaknesses and implement improvements.
Respond swiftly to security incidents or emergencies; investigate and report all breaches with detailed documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external authorities during security-related situations.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Holds a valid PLRD license as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Officer.
At least 3 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or executive capacity, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
Well-versed in security procedures, emergency protocols, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Demonstrates strong leadership abilities with effective problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
Skilled in preparing reports, documenting incidents, and communicating with both internal teams and external parties.
