Job description

Bartenders and Baristas are responsible for providing skillful and detailed preparation of beverages to contribute to an excellent guest experience by adhering to the restaurant's product standards. They ensure that daily bar operations and preparations are conducted in accordance with SOS and SOPs.

1. Prepare beverages with consistency, quality, and cleanliness.
2. Conduct daily stock takes.
3. Perform mise en place by preparing ingredients and equipment for service.
4. Explain, communicate, and recommend flavor profiles and beverage philosophies to guests.

Work Schedule:
This position involves working 5 days a week with a shifting schedule, totaling 40+ hours per week.
