Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and leading planning sessions for project development and execution on Tunnel Boring Machine Contract.
• Managing staffing and other resource needs for successful project execution of the contracts.
• Defining project objectives and scope, involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs.
• Managing the claim of payment and VOs, POs relating to the contracts.
• Develop TBM maintenance plan and to provide support and mitigation measures by working with relevant stakeholders to prevent recurrence of TBM’s problems.
• Being a good communicator, leader, and excelling in time management, strategic planning, and risk management.
• Any other tasks as required to facilitate the Company’s development.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics /Electronic//Electrical / mechanical/Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin fluency in written and spoken (to coordinate with the Chinese speaking client, supplier, contractor etc.)
• Required skill(s): MS Office and drawing software.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and being proactive in responding to issues.
• A team player with strong passion in project management, marketing.
• Resourceful, meticulous, able to multi-task and handle pressure well.
• Experience working in Regional Rail Transport industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
