Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand functional requirements and articulate user requirements, documenting them for review with key stakeholders.

2. Conduct review/walkthrough sessions with stakeholders (e.g., Product GTS, Operations BAU, and Technology teams) for:

   • User stories

   • Functional specifications documents

   • Test plans and test cases

   • Roll-out training materials

3. Execute UAT cases, analyze issues encountered during UAT, and provide status reports to project stakeholders.

4. Participate in pre-implementation preparation and post-implementation support exercises, including end-user live verification during roll-out.

5. Provide test support across regional offices (SG, HK, MO, TW, AU, UK, ID, IN, CN, KR) as needed.

6. Manage testing for multiple project deliverables concurrently.
