Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and logistics arrangements.
- Manage and control purchases to maintain optimal stock levels, cost efficiency, and punctual deliveries.
- Handle all office administration duties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Knowledge in Accounting and Finance is an advantage.
- Assist with petty cash and basic accounting tasks.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Candidates with a diploma or equivalent and relevant experience may apply.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, and customer support skills.
- Be independent, confident, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Have good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in major working languages is preferred.
