Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and logistics arrangements.
  • Manage and control purchases to maintain optimal stock levels, cost efficiency, and punctual deliveries.
  • Handle all office administration duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Knowledge in Accounting and Finance is an advantage.
  • Assist with petty cash and basic accounting tasks.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • Candidates with a diploma or equivalent and relevant experience may apply.
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication, and customer support skills.
  • Be independent, confident, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Have good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in major working languages is preferred.
  • Junior candidates are encouraged to apply; candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles.
