Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and elevate our human resources function. This position calls for a proactive and strategic HR professional to drive business growth, enhance organizational performance, and cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Management team to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and growth plans.
  • Champion a strong, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Spearhead key organizational development initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Provide strategic input on workforce planning and organizational structure.
  • Lead and optimize HR operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive change management initiatives and lead a high-performing HR team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • More than 3 years of broad-based HR experience, with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership roles.
  • Prior experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capability to navigate and manage complex organizational dynamics.
  • In-depth knowledge in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • A hands-on, pragmatic leadership style that effectively balances strategy and execution.
  • Solid understanding of local employment laws and HR compliance standards.
