About the role
You lead a team managing NSmen's deferment and call-up matters while ensuring professional and empathetic service delivery.

What you will be working on

• Analyse service trends.
• Collaborate with partners to improve policy implementation.
• Streamline workflows for optimal service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Supervise the acknowledgment of call-ups from NSmen.
• Ensure the team handles deferment cases professionally and empathetically while adhering to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
