Job Title: HR Administrator

Responsibilities:

  1. Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, re-employment, reappointments, contract renewal, and related administrative processes in accordance with university policies.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff information in the HR system.
  3. Assist in the preparation and submission of the yearly budget call.
  4. Monitor budgets and utilization.
  5. Handle other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in any discipline; HR certifications are advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in tertiary institutions.
  • Meticulous, capable of multitasking and prioritizing work, with high professional integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
