Job description

Responsibilities
  • Develop Business Requirement Document (BRD)
  • Create Functional Specification Document (FSD)
  • Define Data Mapping Specifications
  • Formulate Test Strategy
  • Review Unit Test, SIT, UAT approaches, test cases, and results
  • Review and prioritize defects
  • Support deployment and post-deployment activities
  • Provide project status updates and escalate issues as needed
Requirements
  • Strong business domain knowledge in banking
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or equivalent
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills
  • Understanding of technology and operational processes across banking functions
  • Resourceful team player
  • Familiarity with change management and project management principles
  • Strategic thinking with excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, and persuasion skills
  • Passionate, diligent, and resilient, capable of thriving in ambiguity
  • Experience in scoping and evaluation, considering scalability, maintainability, cost, operations, and technology risks
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant banking or consulting experience
  • Passion for learning and problem-solving
