Position: Executive, Supply Chain R&M Purchasing & Procurement

We are looking for a team member responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with suppliers, engineering, and related teams on project requirements.
  2. Act as the main contact point with suppliers and users.
  3. Prepare recommendation slides in PowerPoint for management decisions.
  4. Develop improvement and procurement strategies.
  5. Research and evaluate suppliers’ attributes.
  6. Negotiate technical and commercial terms in contracts and projects.
  7. Coordinate and meet contract renewal milestones.
  8. Identify and mitigate supply chain and related risks for each project/contract.
  9. Manage freight (air/ocean) for equipment and parts delivery, including import and export.
  10. Process project purchase requisitions and purchase orders in compliance with SOPs and terms.
  11. Maintain and improve the current database.
  12. Manage the supplier list, including adding, removing, and updating details.
  13. Sourcing for assigned commodities and expanding the supplier base.
  14. Meet tight project schedules.
  15. Conduct supplier audits or site inspections as needed.
  16. Maintain and manage inventory and consignment stock with good turnover.
  17. Support daily operations and ad-hoc requests from the operations and repair teams.
  18. Prepare regular reports for review and monitoring.
  19. Formulate and execute strategies for new projects to meet company objectives like quality, cost reduction, and lead time.
  20. Source replacements for obsolete parts from different sources.
  21. Review and revise OI and SOP documents annually to ensure currency.
  22. Perform other ad-hoc tasks to support departmental and company initiatives.
Candidate Profile
  1. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, Business, Computer Science, or Materials.
  2. Interest in Supply Chain, Procurement, Repair, and Maintenance is a plus.
  3. Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience with notable achievements.
  4. High motivation and curiosity; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  5. Strong integrity and ethical standards.
  6. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP system.
  7. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  9. Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
  10. Knowledge of semiconductor equipment, parts, and processes.
  11. Ability to manage and close tight project schedules in a fast-paced environment.
