Job description

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor the standard cost updates in the ERP system.

• Assign project numbers and budgets, maintain WIP project listing, and track monthly ERP posting variances.

• Analyze cost variances and prepare costing reports; assess revenue, costs, and margins; and actively participate in reviews to improve manufacturing operations within the group.

• Maintain internal control systems in compliance with corporate governance standards.

• Provide financial support to the operations team and resolve any related operational issues that arise.

• Conduct quarterly stock counts.

• To prepare travel claims and authorization forms for overseas projects.

MAIN JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in manufacturing standard costing, auditing, budget plan, etc.

• Assertive, self-motivated individual with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel/PowerPoint etc
