Ready to drive change for women’s rights? We’re looking for a proactive individual to support research, policy, and impactful events in a meaningful role.

Job Details:

Duration: 12 months contract

Location: Thomson, Caldecott

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, hybrid office hours

Salary: $2980

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the department’s projects, research, analysis, and events related to women’s development.
  2. Monitor media coverage on women's issues and analyze trends.
  3. Conceptualize, plan, and execute events that promote women's development, including speechwriting and supporting international submissions.
  4. Engage with corporate partners, NGOs, and government agencies to profile and implement policies supporting women's development.
  5. Provide administrative and budgeting support to the department.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Arts and Social Sciences, Humanities, International Relations, Public Policy, Communications, or relevant field.
  2. Excellent analytical writing skills.
  3. At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
