1. Composing tailored and professional financial solutions to meet customers' evolving needs, including risk management, retirement planning, and family asset inheritance planning.
2. Building and leading a sales team of over 10 members to achieve annual premium targets.
3. Establishing a compliance-driven sales framework aligned with regulatory standards to mitigate risks such as money laundering and improper sales practices.
4. Presenting financial solutions to individual and corporate clients.
5. Building long-term customer relationships.
6. Capitalizing on sales opportunities through customer events, financial reviews, and engagement activities.
7. Providing a comprehensive platform involving worldwide products, including insurance and investment products.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Self-motivated, target-oriented, passionate about success, and proactive.
3. Outstanding leadership qualities.
