Job summary

A leading company in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory and shipments. The role involves coordinating with clients, processing returns, and ensuring accurate inventory updates. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in logistics or supply chain and experience with Microsoft Business Central. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Min O Levels/Diploma in related field such as logistics, supply chain, inventory management.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry or with Microsoft Business Central will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments using Microsoft Business Central for all clients.
  • Process any Tax invoice cancellations, sales return or Purchase Returns for all clients.
  • Adjustments of inventory requested by all clients.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Co-ordination between Logistics and Inventory internally/externally
  • Accuracy of inventory updates

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Receive incoming shipments using Microsoft Business Central for all clients
  • Process any Tax invoice cancellations, sales return or Purchase Returns for all clients
  • Adjustments of inventory requested by all clients
  • To update all clients via email on any shipments received, adjustments made
  • To furnish all on documents/data requested
  • To assist Inbound Team on receiving of all clients' shipment
  • Replenishment of stocks from External to PMP warehouse
  • To process Samples and Write Off requests
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements

  • Min O Levels/Diploma in related field such as logistics, supply chain, inventory management
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry or with Microsoft Business Central will be an added advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and has good time management
  • A good team player with good organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
