Job description

Duration: (10 months)

Start Date: 9th of May 2025 - End date: 8th of March 2026.

Shift working pattern: 12 hours per shift, not more than 44 hours per week

Location: Changi Business Park

Bonus: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

1. Address issues related to basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, ensuring facilities and equipment are in good working order. Escorting vendors, etc.
2. Basic Repairs:
   • Addressing minor plumbing issues, electrical problems, carpentry needs (e.g., door repairs, shelf installation), and general maintenance tasks.
3. Preventive Maintenance:
   • Conducting routine checks of equipment, systems, and facilities to identify potential problems before they escalate.
4. Equipment Maintenance:
   • Repairing and maintaining appliances, tools, and other equipment.

Requirements:

1. Minimum relevant working experience of 1-2 years
2. Able to support 12-hour shifts
