Responsibilities

1. Serve salespersons or clients at the customer service or reception counter.
2. Process documents, collect commissions (cash, cheque, or online payments), and handle merchandise sales using the POS system and office equipment.
3. Perform data entry tasks.
4. Manage walk-in customers, emails, and telephone inquiries.
5. Collect and distribute mail.
6. Manage office, meeting, and training rooms.
7. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. GCE 'O' Level and above.
2. Preferably with experience in customer service roles.
