We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies for our security camera portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on market insights, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality, innovative products that meet evolving customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with overall company goals for the security camera product line

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics within the surveillance and security space

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements, features, and technical specifications

  • Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch—ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality and competitive solutions

  • Define and maintain a clear product roadmap and feature backlog, prioritizing based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product development meets timelines and technical standards

  • Analyze competitors and monitor market movements to identify product improvement and differentiation opportunities

  • Partner with marketing to craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies

  • Provide product training and technical support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement

  • Lead cost analysis and develop cost-reduction plans to ensure product competitiveness and profitability

  • Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction metrics to inform future enhancements and innovations
