Job description

As a design partner, you choose the hours, the number of projects you work on, and earn commissions while we grow your interior design portfolio and business. A design partner will pitch, design, and manage the execution of their projects and receive 50% of the profit made on every project. All back-end support will be available under one roof, along with high-quality leads, access to our proprietary tech platform, partnerships with sought-after furniture brands, and a network of business managers, vendor managers, category managers, and contractors.

The design partner will be responsible for sales, design, and on-time delivery of projects.

Responsibilities and Duties of a Design Partner

• Meet new clients and understand their requirements in detail. Ensure interactions convert them into paying customers.
• Own projects from start to finish, from design to execution.
• Educate clients about Livspace's interior design and execution capabilities.
• Work with clients and our design team to finalize home designs, 3D models, and GFC drawings.
• Collaborate with the execution team to ensure seamless project completion until handover.
• Be available in the office as needed for training, meetings, etc.
