Job Description:

• In charge of and responsible for allocated Model planning, liaising with customers for model shipment and order fulfillment.
• Plan and schedule production orders in accordance with customer demands and available resources.
• Ensure on-time delivery of shipments based on customer requirements.
• Lead and coordinate with internal departments for EOL model management.
• Manage product inventory levels within desired ranges.
• Work closely with buyers on material delivery status to minimize material shortages impacting production.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field, or equivalent, with 2-5 years of experience in planning and customer service in an MNC.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate oneself.
• Willing to perform overtime.
