Our Maincon client is looking for a full-time / permanent Senior Site Engineer for Tunneling Works

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor on-site, providing guidance to subcontractors, site team.
• Interpret construction design documents to support project execution and compliance.
• Plan site operations and organise facilities to ensure that project deadlines are met.
• Lead the day-to-day management of construction activities, maintaining smooth site operations.
• Oversee the application of specialist tunnel boring machinery
• Develop method statements and safe work procedures to promote health and safety on-site.
• Manage budgets, ensuring project expenditures are monitored and controlled effectively.
• Supervise quality assurance processes and enforce health and safety standards throughout construction activities.
• Ensure that all construction work is performed in strict accordance with project specifications.
• Participate actively in regular project progress meetings, providing updates and technical input.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders and management.
• Address and resolve unforeseen technical challenges promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Oversee the engineering and construction of form tunnels and sprayed concrete chambers.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related
• At least 5 years of experience in tunnel projects or tunnel boring machine projects.
• Candidate must be open for 6 Days Working
