We’re on the lookout for an Event Executive who is armed with at least three years’ experience in a hotel, large restaurant or wedding venue.
The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day activities including event proposals and regular sales reports. He or she will be the single point of contact for all internal and external enquiries.
The Event Executive must exhibit a professional image at all times and maintain a high standard of grooming.
Basic hotel or restaurant operations and sales procedure knowledge is necessary along with excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. A sound knowledge of social media for business will be a big plus.
