Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations, follow up on sales, generate sales reports, conduct cold calls, and visit customers daily.

• Identify key customers and establish strong relationships with key personnel.

• Understand vessel technical specifications to provide customized equipment system solutions.

• Understand each customer's unique requirements to develop tailored action plans.

• Collaborate with the project team, service, parts sales, and survey team to offer comprehensive solutions to customers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.

• Engage proactively with customers to build relationships and understand their evolving needs.

• Work with the proposal team to prepare budgets for proposals and contract tenders.

• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.

• Track sales performance against targets and analyze variances to meet goals.

• Prepare monthly sales reports highlighting achievements, market insights, trends, opportunities, and challenges.

• Participate in sales and marketing activities such as advertising, promotions, and exhibitions.

• Ensure all solutions comply with relevant statutory and Classification Society requirements.
