Job description

A leading financial Services organisation is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Executive to deliver a generalist service to the business.

About the Job

As the Senior HR Executive, you will support the HR manager to recruit, retain and develop employees. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Advising managers on HR policies and procedures and offering suggestions to improve HR processes and procedures.
  2. Facilitating the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process.
  3. Assisting in developing and implementing onboarding programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed and are set up for success.
  4. Managing the HR Onboarding process to ensure compliance with HR standards.
  5. Maintaining the HRIS System, ensuring employee records are accurate, and producing management reports.
  6. Working closely with hiring managers to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout recruitment and onboarding.
  7. Supporting the HR Manager on HR initiatives and keeping up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, and employment laws.

The Team

Reporting to the HR Manager.

Skills and Experience

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field along with at least 4+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced international environment. Prior experience in a Senior HR Executive position, particularly within the Financial Services or similar, is highly desirable. You should have excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management skills and strong attention to detail.
