Job Scope:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Credit & Collections team
• Develop and implement proactive strategies to reduce overdue accounts and bad debt
• Monitor performance via collection dashboards and KPIs, and adjust tactics as needed
• Partner with internal teams (Sales, Customer Experience, Legal) to resolve payment issues collaboratively
• Oversee customer interactions on overdue payments using a solution-oriented and empathetic approach
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, tools, and technologies
• Execute recovery actions such as field visits or legal recourse efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, with proven leadership in financial services
• Min Diploma or equivalent
• Strong command of communication and negotiation techniques
