Company Transport: Aft Pasir Ris St 53, Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Punggol, Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Tampines, Tampines East, Jurong East Venture Avenue

Interview Location: Expo (walking distance from MRT)

Working Timing: Mon to Fri 2000 – 0545 + $11/night allowance

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with customers and transporters regarding delivery/collection arrangements and requirements.
2. Plan orders to meet customer shipment delivery and collection requirements.
3. Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted timely.
4. Input cycle count details into the company system and prepare accurate reports for the Operations Executive.
5. Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments and their documentation are accurate and submitted on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' level education.
• Experience in warehouse documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA).
